Acceptable Use Policy

This policy outlines what is and is not permitted on the Reyze platform. It applies to all users and is designed to keep the platform safe, fair, and legal for everyone.
1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules for using Reyze.app (the "Platform"). This policy applies to all users, including event creators, ticket buyers, and organization members. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
2. Prohibited Events & Content
You may not use the Platform to create, promote, or sell tickets for:
- –Events that are illegal, fraudulent, or that promote illegal activity
- –Events promoting violence, terrorism, or incitement to harm individuals or groups
- –Events with content that is hateful, discriminatory, or harassing based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- –Events involving the exploitation of minors in any form
- –Events that violate intellectual property rights (unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademarks, or likeness)
- –Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing events, or fraudulent investment schemes
- –Events that mislead attendees about the nature, location, date, or participants
3. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Platform, you must not:
- –Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, systems, or data
- –Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape data, purchase tickets, or interact with the Platform
- –Circumvent or attempt to bypass payment systems, fee calculations, or Platform security measures
- –Resell tickets at inflated prices (scalping) or operate secondary ticketing markets through the Platform
- –Submit false reports, complaints, or chargebacks to defraud Reyze or event creators
- –Impersonate Reyze staff, other users, or public figures
- –Distribute malware, phishing content, or engage in any activity that harms Platform infrastructure
- –Use the Platform's messaging or email tools to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- –Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or policies
4. Content Standards
All content you post — including event descriptions, images, schedules, and communications — must:
- –Be accurate and not misleading to event attendees
- –Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions where your event takes place
- –Not contain explicit sexual content unless your event is legally restricted to adults and Reyze has approved adult content hosting
- –Not contain graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery unrelated to the event
- –Respect the privacy of individuals — do not post personal information about others without consent
5. Payment & Financial Conduct
- –You must not use the Platform to launder money or conduct fraudulent financial transactions
- –Event creators must honor their stated refund policies and process refunds for cancelled events
- –Deliberately withholding refunds for cancelled or misrepresented events is a violation of this AUP
- –Chargebacks filed in bad faith (e.g., after attending an event) constitute abuse and may result in account suspension
- –You must not attempt to circumvent Reyze's fee structure through off-platform payment arrangements for tickets
6. Data & Privacy
- –You may not collect personal data from ticket buyers beyond what is necessary for your event
- –You must handle attendee data in compliance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- –You may not sell, share, or use attendee data obtained through Reyze for purposes other than managing your event
- –You must not use Reyze's platform features to build or enrich third-party marketing databases without attendee consent
7. Enforcement
Reyze reserves the right to take the following actions in response to AUP violations:
- –Remove or edit content that violates this policy
- –Issue warnings to users who violate minor provisions
- –Suspend or permanently terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations
- –Withhold or reverse payouts where fraud or AUP violations are suspected
- –Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- –Pursue legal remedies for damages caused by violations
8. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or conduct on the Platform that appears to violate this AUP, please report it through our help page at reyze.app/help. Provide as much detail as possible, including relevant event links, user information, and a description of the violation. We review all reports and will take appropriate action.
9. Changes to This Policy
Reyze may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
