Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Reyze.app, including creating events, purchasing tickets, and managing organizations. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reyze.app (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase tickets. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring any events you create comply with applicable minimum age requirements for attendees.

3. Accounts

  • –You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • –You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering
  • –You may not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf
  • –You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • –Notify us immediately through our help page if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Event Creator Terms

Creating Events

Event creators are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, including dates, times, locations, and ticket descriptions. Reyze is not responsible for cancellations, postponements, or inaccuracies in event listings.

Fees

Reyze charges a 2.9% seller fee on each ticket sale. A payment processing fee of €0.60 per transaction is charged to the buyer. These fees are deducted before payouts. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Payouts

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. You must complete identity verification to receive payouts. Reyze reserves the right to hold funds in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

Refunds & Cancellations

Event creators set their own refund policies. If an event is cancelled by the creator, all ticket buyers must be refunded in full. Failure to issue refunds for cancelled events may result in account suspension and recovery of funds.

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you post, including event descriptions, images, and communications. You must have the right to use all content you upload. Reyze may remove content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Ticket Buyer Terms

  • –Tickets are non-transferable unless the event creator explicitly permits transfers
  • –Reselling tickets above face value (scalping) is prohibited on the Platform
  • –Refunds are subject to the event creator's stated refund policy
  • –Reyze is not liable for event cancellations or changes made by event creators
  • –Keep your ticket and QR code secure — Reyze is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to:

  • –Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • –Create events promoting illegal activities, violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • –Commit fraud, misrepresent events, or deceive ticket buyers
  • –Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
  • –Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
  • –Sell counterfeit tickets or create duplicate events with fraudulent intent
  • –Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications
  • –Impersonate another person, organization, or Reyze staff

7. Intellectual Property

The Reyze platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by Reyze and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Reyze a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it solely for operating the Platform.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Reyze does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any event listed on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reyze and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Reyze in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reyze and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and costs (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your events, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Reyze may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may close your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Outstanding financial obligations survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
