2. Data We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile information.
Event & Organization Data
If you create events or organizations, we collect event details, ticket types, pricing, and any content you upload (descriptions, images).
Payment Information
We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Stripe handles payment data under their own privacy policy. We store transaction references, amounts, and payout records.
Usage & Analytics Data
We use PostHog to collect anonymized usage analytics such as page views, feature interactions, and session data to improve our platform. This data is processed in the EU.
Device & Technical Data
We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and log data when you interact with our services.
Communications
When you contact us or submit a help request, we retain the content of your messages.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain certain records for up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

Reyze operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved transfer mechanisms to safeguard your data.
